Our Process

At FoundHuman, we don’t believe in just filling seats or business as usual — we aim to add soul. We’ve developed a unique data-driven approach that blends lean principals, organizational psychology, and modern marketing to create meaningful connections. Then we let the data lead us in order to make the best matches possible while creating the best scalable recruiting programs possible.
