FoundHuman
For candidates

If we reach out,
a human meant to.

You get a lot of noise from recruiters. This is what working with us is like, and what we hold ourselves to. It is a short list, and we mean every line of it.

You will never be managed by software. A person runs your search, makes every call, and owns every decision. The technology makes them faster and harder to fool.

01

A human approved it.

Every message that reaches you was read and approved by a person before it sent. A person signs off, one message at a time, and nothing goes out on autopilot.

02

You are scored before you are seen.

Your resume is scored against the same rubric as everyone else, before anyone sees your name or your photo. Bias runs downhill. We cut it off at the top, and names unlock later, at the interview stage.

03

No spam cannon.

Verified addresses only. Hard caps on how much goes out in a day. A blacklist we enforce on ourselves. Ask to be left alone once, and it sticks.

04

Straight answers.

Real timelines, and a person who tells you where things stand. If the answer is no, you hear it. No ghosting, no vanishing after the third round.

05

What you tell us after you start stays with us.

Once you are hired, we check in with you through your first year. What you tell us in those check-ins stays with us, and we tell you that up front. A new hire will not tell the truth into their manager's dashboard, so we do not ask you to.

What the software will not do
Enforced in code

Nothing goes to an unverified address.

Every recipient's email is verified before a message can send. An unverified address is a hard stop.

Enforced in code

Broken or generic personalization is caught before it leaves.

A leftover {{token}}, a collapsed "Hi ," with no name, a field that quietly fell back to a generic default. The check holds the message.

Enforced in code

Every outbound draft waits for a human.

The default is draft-only. Nothing sends on its own. A person reviews and approves each message in a queue.

Enforced in code

There is a kill switch and a daily cap.

Outreach stops the moment we hit the switch, and every campaign has a hard ceiling on how much can go out in a day.

Enforced in code

You are scored before a name or a photo is seen.

Resumes and interviews are scored against the rubric blind. Names unlock later, at the interview stage.

There is no jobs board here yet. If you want to reach a person, the door is open.
